A PLACE TO LEARN & SHARE:
Getting the best of chocolate in culinary creations is as much art as it is science. Thus, Aalst Chocolate believes in working together with the professionals who use our products to help select the optimum chocolate for their recipes and share our know-how in handling, moulding and making chocolate products that will satisfy the most demanding consumers.
At our factory in Singapore, we host the Aalst Chocolate Academy, with chocolate training and baking facilities for participants to indulge in a hands-on experience with our chocolate and learn from our team of specialists. From time to time, we also welcome international master chefs and confectioners who conduct workshops at the Academy and reveal the special techniques that have led to their winning creations.
It is also a chance to view our chocolate production facilities and see the loving care and precise control we exercise to provide you with chocolate of a quality you can taste and passion you will share.
