Pâtissier organised a private 2-days chocolate masterclass conducted by our guest chef, MOF Chef Bruno Pastorelli (assisted by our Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong) on 28 and 29 June 2018 in our Singapore Pâtissier Chocolate Academy.
Our guests got to spend two exhilarating days creating festive-theme desserts using Pâtissier range of chocolate ingredients .
