Our Guest Pastry Chef of Pâtissier, Chef Gerald Maridet did 2 demonstrations in Taiwan to showcase our Pâtissier range ; one in Taipei and the other in Kaohsiung with our local distributor La Creacion Co. Ltd.
The turnout for each session was overwhelming as we welcomed over 50 guests from the different food scenes in Taiwan from chef, owners of pastry shops to chain bakeries to restaurants and even hoteliers.
