Pâtissier conducted a 5-Days Masterclass from 10 to 14 September 2018 with our team of Chefs at Wilmar Training Centre in partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Using our Patissier chocolate ingredients, we were able to show our students the versatility and range of applications available using our range to create an exquisite Japanese-style dessert buffet.
We are looking forward to meet our students in Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong from 5 to 7 October with another of our Guest Pastry Chefs, M.O.F Chef Nasserdine Mendi!
