Together with our Singapore distributor Classic Fine Foods and Singapore Chefs' Association, we hosted an exclusive demonstration for the members of Singapore Chefs' Association on 28 and 29 September 2018.
Our Guest Pastry Chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F) Chef Nasserdine Mendi (assisted by Our Vice President of Food Service & Corporate Chef, Chef Jacques Poulain and Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong) conducted this informative demonstration with in-depth introduction on our Artisan and Gourmand range. Invited guests were also able to taste the creations alongside with an exquisite dessert buffet and be assured of the quality of Pâtissier chocolate.
Guests were given a behind-the-scenes guided factory tour through all our production areas from liquid line to moulding line and the sensory room in our Research & Development area. It was a rare opportunity to see how a chocolate factory works!
