Pâtissier conducted a 3-Days Masterclass from 3rd to 5th December 2018 at Aalst Chocolate Academy in partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. We invited Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F) Chef Bruno Pastorelli to conduct the masterclass and share his knowledge and techniques in handling chocolates. Over 8 Shangri-La Chefs from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Sri Lanka came together for this class - a rare opportunity for them to work together! It was the pleasure to have them all here in Singapore with us. We were also able to have students from ITE West Pastry and Baking joining us to prep and participate in this class.
