Our Vice President of Food Service - Pâtissier & Corporate Chef, Chef Jacques Poulain conducted a 2-Days R&D Masterclass from 2nd to 3rd January 2019 at Wilmar Training Centre in partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Guests were able to explore incorporating different flavours (traditional like Caramel and non-traditional like Sichuan Pepper) into their chocolate bonbons while learning the versatility of our Patissier chocolate ingredients .
