Our Guest Chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F) Chef Bruno Pastorelli flew to Vietnam and conducted a demonstration for our customers on 14th to 15th March 2019 in collaboration with our Vietnam Pâtissier distributor Classic Fine Foods.
During this session, Chef Bruno gave an insightful lesson on chocolates and couvertures and shared different methods of chocolate tempering and applications.
