Our Pâtissier Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong conducted a demonstration in partnership with our distributor Ahmad A Abed (AAA) Trading Est (Bakemate) on 27 April 2019. Using our Patissier chocolate ingredients, he showed our guests the versatility and range of applications available using our range.
