Our Pâtissier Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong conducted an exclusive Chocolate Seminar in collaboration with De Sunshine Foods Sdn Bhd on 24 July 2019. Using our quality Patissier chocolate ingredients, he showed our guests the versatility and range of applications available using our range.
We hope that the demonstration were able to bring more awareness to our brand in Malaysia!
