Our Patissier Guest Chef, Chef Gerald Maridet flew to Bali, Indonesia and did a Patissier Demonstration on 13 September 2019 and share the knowledge in creating beautiful and delicate chocolate desserts. Hosting this event with our exclusive Indonesia distributor Classic Fine Foods, we also displayed and introduced our Artisan and Gourmand range to invited guests. Guests were also able to taste the creations and be assured of the quality of Pâtissier chocolate from our extensive desset buffet.
