In partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, our Guest Pâtissier Chef, M.O.F Pastry Master Chef Bruno Pastorelli (assisted by Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong) conducted an exclusive 3-Days Masterclass from 9 to 11 October 2019 at Arawana Building.
Over 8 Shangri-La Chefs from different parts of China, Hong Kong and Mongolia came together for this class - a rare opportunity for them to work together! They also got to spend three exhilarating days creating their own Pâtissier desserts (hands-on) while learning the versatility of our Patissier chocolate ingredients !
